This demo shows how drobots handles a generic customer satisfaction study. In the context of the so called Bologna Treaty, universities need a structured process for measurement and reporting. Part of the ‘total quality’ programme is the roll out of a dedicated survey. In this demo, 1000 students rate 5 courses using an effective short questionnaire with a smart data model behind it. If you are interested in satisfaction or quality studies, this is a clear example.
